Home church

Today the Kemps and I went to a new home-church at a young couple (Theo and Melissa's) house. They are from Haiti and Puerto Rico/Florida, and he has been a pastor of a home-church for a while in Florida.

The Kemps, with me included, have been searching for a church for some time now, and we've recently been attending Calvary Chapel Ensenada. It's been great, but doesn't quite feel like home.

Melissa is a part of Sam's local women missionaries bible study. She has come over to the house and Sam at hers a few times now, and so we thought we would see how it went.

It was a wonderful discussion on James 1 about Anger and the blessing and cursing of our tongues. It really spoke to us, and Tym and Sam got some prayer for situations, and were very supported by this new wonderful body of Christ.

Seems we've found a new home church.
I am encouraged and excited about this new experience.
